If you do not wish to continue receiving our push messages, you can request us to stop by many means, such as by following SMS unsubscribe instructions to stop receiving promotional messages, or by adjusting settings on mobile devices to no longer receive our push messages, etc. However, messages sent in accordance with legal obligations are not included.
ΆΫProviding Security Protection for You:
To ensure the authenticity of your identity and provide you with better security, you can provide us with personal sensitive information such as the proof of identity and the biometric information (e.g. facial features) to complete real-name authentication.
Besides identity verification, we may also use your information for customer service, security precautions, fraud monitoring, archiving, and backup to ensure the security of the services we provide to you.
We may use or integrate the information we collect from you, along with information obtained by our partners through your authorization or in accordance with the law, to comprehensively assess the risks of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary records, audits, analyses, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
④Improving Our Services:
We may use information collected from a specific service for our other services. For example, information collected when you use a particular service may be used in another service to provide you with specific content or show you information relevant to you, rather than general push content. We may invite you to participate in surveys about our services to help us improve existing services or design new ones. Additionally, we may use your information for software authentication or manage software upgrades.
You understand and agree that, after collecting your information, we will use technical means to de-identify the data. De-identified information will be unidentifiable, and in this case, we have the right to use de-identified information for analysis of the user database and for commercial purposes.
If we use your information for purposes not specified in this Privacy Agreement, we will seek your consent in advance.
⑤Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent:
According to relevant laws and regulations, collection of your information does not require obtaining your authorized consent in the following situations:
A. Relating to national security and national defense security;
B. Relating to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
C. Relating to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and execution of judgments;
D. Necessary for safeguarding the significant legitimate rights and interests (e.g. life, property and so on) of information subject or other individuals, meanwhile it is difficult to obtain the personal consent from the information subject;
E. The collected information is voluntarily disclosed to the public by yourself;
F. Collecting information from lawfully disclosed channels, such as lawful news reporting and government information disclosure;
G. Necessary for signing a contract at your request;
H. Necessary for maintaining the security and stable operation of our services, such as discovering and handling malfunctions of products or services;
I. Necessary for lawful news reporting;
J. Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research based on public interests, and when providing academic research or describing results to the public, the information contained in the results will be de-identified;
K. Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

Except as stated below, we will not share your information with any third party without your consent:

④Sharing with third parties, such as partners entrusted with promotions. However, we will only provide these partners with information about the coverage and effectiveness of promotions, without providing identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses. Alternatively, we may aggregate this information so that it does not identify you personally. For example, we can inform the partner how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased their products after seeing this information, or provide them with statistical information that does not identify individuals to help them understand their audience or customers.
⑤Within the legal and regulatory scope, for compliance with the law, to protect us and our affiliates or partners, your or other users' or public interests, property, or safety from harm. For example, to prevent fraudulent activities and reduce credit risk, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing information for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in this Privacy Agreement.
⑥Assisting in resolving disputes or controversies between you and others in accordance with your legitimate needs.

⑧Providing information according to the service agreement signed by you (Including electronic protocols signed online and corresponding platform rules) or other agreed-upon legal documents.

We will only share your information for legitimate, reasonable, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process information according to our instructions, this Privacy Agreement, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(2) Transfer:
ΆΩAs our business continues to grow, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company or organization holding your information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Agreement. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization again.
ΆΪWith your explicit consent, we may transfer your information to other parties.
(3) Disclosure:
We will only disclose your information under the following circumstances and under the premise of taking security measures in line with industry standards:

We believe that, for information requested from us, transparency should be maintained to the extent permitted by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legal basis and are limited to data that law enforcement agencies are entitled to obtain for specific investigative purposes.
We will retain your information only for the necessary period and within the time limits required by the purposes described in this Privacy Agreement and legal regulations. The information collected about you during our operation will be stored within the territories of Taiwan and Singapore, except in the following circumstances:

ΆΫIn cases where the products or services you use involve cross-border elements, and it is necessary for us to provide your personal information overseas.
In these situations, we will ensure that your personal information receives sufficient protection in accordance with this agreement and the requirements of national laws and regulations.
We will employ the following measures to protect your information:
(1) Data Security Technical Measures
We will adopt security measures that comply with industry standards, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, and to avoid data damage or loss. Multiple encryption technologies, such as SSL, are employed in network services to protect your information. Encryption technology is used to encrypt and store your information, and isolation techniques are implemented.
Various data desensitization techniques are employed to enhance the security of information during its use, such as information display and correlation calculation. Strict data access control and multi-factor authentication technologies are utilized to protect information and prevent unauthorized usage.
(2) Other Security Measures We Take to Protect Information
We manage and regulate the storage and use of information by establishing data classification and grading systems, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications.
Comprehensive security control is applied to data through confidentiality agreements, monitoring, and audit mechanisms.
Security awareness is enhanced through training programs on security and privacy protection for employees, emphasizing the importance of protecting information.
(3) Access Control and Monitoring of Information
Access to your information is restricted to our employees and partners who need to know this information, and strict access control and monitoring mechanisms are in place. All individuals who may have access to your information are required to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal consequences or the suspension of our cooperation.
(4) Collection of Relevant Information
We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that only relevant information is collected.
(5) Internet Security Recommendations
While the internet is not an entirely secure environment, and communication methods such as email, real-time communication, social software, and other service software with other users cannot be guaranteed to be completely encrypted, we recommend that you use complex passwords when using such tools and pay attention to protecting your information security.
(6) Internet Environment Security Limitations
Despite our efforts to strengthen security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you send to us if our physical, technical, or managerial protection facilities are compromised, leading to unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legal rights. In such cases, we will assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
(7) Security Incident Handling
When communicating or purchasing goods and services through our services with third parties, you inevitably disclose your information to transaction partners or potential transaction partners, such as contact information or postal addresses. Please safeguard your information and only provide it to others when necessary.
To address the risks of information leakage, damage, and loss, we have established multiple systems, clarified the classification and grading standards of security incidents and vulnerabilities, and formulated corresponding processing procedures. We have also established a dedicated emergency response team for security incidents, initiating security plans for different incidents in accordance with security incident handling specifications, including damage control, analysis, positioning, formulation of remedial measures, joint tracing and combat with relevant departments.
In the unfortunate event of an information security incident, we will inform you promptly in accordance with legal requirements, including the basic situation and potential impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, advice on how you can independently prevent and reduce risks, and your remedial measures. We will promptly inform you of the relevant information via email, letters, telephone, push notifications, etc. In cases where it is difficult to inform each data subject one by one, we will adopt reasonable and effective methods to publish announcements. Additionally, we will proactively report the handling of information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
Please understand that due to technological limitations and the limitations of risk prevention, even with our best efforts to enhance security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information for always. You need to be aware that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter issues beyond our control.
(1) Access, Update, and Correction
We encourage you to update and modify your information to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness. You can access your information through our services and, if you find any inaccuracies, make corrections or request us to modify and supplement the information according to the corresponding information management methods. We will use appropriate technical means to ensure that you can access, update, and correct your information or other information provided when using our services.
When accessing, updating, correcting, and deleting the aforementioned information, we may request identity verification to ensure information security. For information collected through COOKIES and WEB BEACON, the choices provided to you are also explained in the "COOKIES, Log Files, and WEB BEACON" section of this Privacy Agreement.
(2) Publicity and Sharing
Many of our services allow you to publicly share your relevant information not only with your social network but also with all users of the service. This may include information you upload or post in our services, your responses to information uploaded or posted by others, and personal information you upload or disclose in public areas visible to unspecified users through email or within our services, including location data and log information related to this information. As long as you do not delete the information you make public or share, it may remain in the public domain. Even if you delete shared information, it may still be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or third parties beyond our control, or saved in the public domain by other users or such third parties. We are not responsible for any information leakage resulting from your decision to make information public or share it through the aforementioned channels. (3) Logout
In accordance with the conditions stipulated in the service agreement of our service, your account for this service may be logged out or deleted. When the account is logged out or deleted, all service materials and data associated with the account will be deleted simultaneously and cannot be recovered.
(4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent
You can always choose whether to disclose information. While some information is necessary for using our services, the provision of most other information is at your discretion. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, disabling device features, etc.
After you withdraw your authorization, we cannot continue to provide services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization and will no longer process the relevant information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the information processing conducted based on your previous authorization.
(5) Tips Regarding Sensitive Information
Certain information, due to its special nature, may be considered as sensitive information, such as your race, religion, personal health and medical information, as well as identification documents, personal biometric information, bank account, property information, itinerary, transaction information, information about minors, etc.
Please note that the content and information you provide, upload, or post in our services (such as photos or information about your social activities) may disclose your sensitive information. You need to carefully consider whether to disclose your sensitive information through our services.
You agree that your sensitive information will be processed for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may provide links to social media or other services offered by third parties (including websites or other forms of services). For example:
(1) You can use the "Share" button to share certain content on our services, or you can use third-party services to log in to our services. These features may collect your information, including your log information, and may use COOKIES on your mobile device to operate these features smoothly.
(2) We may provide links to you through advertisements or other means in our service to access third-party services or websites.
(3) Other situations where third-party services are accessed.
Such third-party social media or other services are operated by the respective third parties. Your use of such third-party social media services or other services (including any information you provide to these third parties) is subject to the terms of service and information protection statements of the third parties themselves, not this Privacy Agreement. You need to carefully read their terms. This Privacy Agreement applies only to the information we collect and does not apply to any services provided by third parties or the information usage rules of third parties. We do not assume any responsibility for the use of information provided by you by any third party.
We recommend that any minors (individuals under the age of twenty) participating in online activities should obtain the consent from their parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") in advance. We will protect the relevant information of minors in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations.
We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors in using our services. We suggest that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read this Privacy Agreement and seek their consent and guidance before submitting information.
We may modify the terms of this Privacy Agreement from time to time, and such modifications constitute a part of this Privacy Agreement. For significant changes, we will provide more prominent notifications, and you can choose to stop using our services. In such a case, if you continue to use our services, it indicates your agreement to be bound by the revised Privacy Agreement.
Your satisfaction is our priority in any modifications. We encourage you to review our privacy agreement each time you use our services.
We may issue announcements related to the services when necessary (such as when we suspend a service for system maintenance). You may not be able to opt-out of these service-related, non-promotional announcements.
Finally, you are responsible for keeping your account and password information confidential. In any case, please be cautious and keep it secure.
